      All cruises may be up to 13 people. If your group is over 6 passengers, the conditions of a “Bareboat Charter” apply. If you’re not familiar with the term “Bareboat Charter” don’t worry, we will explain it to you and insure that your cruise is in accordance with the Coast Guard law.

      • Casual boating attire.
      • Bathing suit, towel, change of clothes.
      • Barefoot is best to walk around to the boat.

      Our Policy

      All renters must bring valid state ID or drivers license and debit card for incidentals. 


      The primary renter and their party are required to be on time to pick up location. Rental time will start per scheduled time whether your full party is present or not.


      ALL RESERVATIONS 

      Will start per scheduled time. Any late arrivals (past 15 minutes) Or no-shows will NOT be refunded. If you wish to reschedule or cancel reservation you must do so through 

      email: sensationalyachtcharter@gmail.com 24 hours in advance.

       If cancellation is not made within the 24 hour period, full payment will be charged and you will lose the option to reschedule for another date. 

      No refunds or same day cancellations.


      DAMAGE POLICY

      You agree that you are the card holder and agree to have your card charged in the event that you occur damage during your rental. A $1000.00 damage deposit will be held during your reservation.


      SAFETY AND LIABILITY

      All customers MUST sign liability waiver upon boarding the vessel. 

      -For themselves and children-

      Everyone must know where the lifejackets and fire extinguishers are onboard and give the captain or stewardess verbal confirmation. All customers must wear a life jacket while in water at all times. 

      **We are not liable for ANY injury that happens in the water or onboard during your reservation.**
